Title: Behavior Technician | $24-26/hr + BCBA Sponsorship Path

Description:

$24-26/hr. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (no nights or weekends). Full benefits. Paid training. ANNA-sponsored path to your Master's in ABA.

ANNA is a clinician-led pediatric autism therapy provider serving children ages 1-6 across five Massachusetts centers. We use Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI), an evidence-based, play-based, neuroaffirming approach to ABA. We're hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) at our Sudbury, Wayland, Weston, Woburn, and Braintree centers.

What makes ANNA different

  • Career path, not a stepping stone. Top-performing BTs can have their Master's in ABA fully sponsored by ANNA, with mentorship from BCBAs the whole way. We promote from within.

  • NDBI model. You'll deliver evidence-based ABA that looks like joyful, child-led play, not table drills. If you've worked in a more rigid ABA setting, you'll feel the difference on day one.

  • Clinical depth. Weekly clinical supervision and ongoing mentorship from experienced BCBAs. Real, paid training.

  • Predictable schedule. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No nights. No weekends. No on-call.

  • Real benefits. Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

  • Culture you can feel. Monthly team lunches, summer bashes, holiday celebrations, and team outings (recent ones: bowling, barbecues, mini golf). Small clinics, tight teams.

Compensation

  • $24-26/hour, based on experience and credentials

  • Sign-on bonus: $126 after completing onboarding training, plus $400 at 6 months of continuous employment

  • 25-35 hours/week

  • Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement

What you'll do

  • Deliver 1:1 therapy to children ages 1-6 using individualized plans designed by a BCBA

  • Use NDBI to make sessions play-based, child-led, and developmentally appropriate

  • Collect session data and communicate progress with your supervising BCBA

  • Build trust with families and welcome caregivers into the work

  • Help maintain a safe, organized, joyful clinic environment

Who we're looking for

  • Available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (hours scheduled based on clinical needs)

  • Genuinely curious about children's development and committed to learning

  • Comfortable being physically active throughout the day: sitting on the floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 50 lbs, and staying within arm's reach of children with the ability to respond within 6 seconds

  • Bonus: psychology, education, ABA, or related coursework or degree (not required)

  • Bonus: prior experience with kids, including daycare, camp counseling, tutoring, babysitting, or ABA

Credentialing

You don't need to be RBT-certified to apply. ANNA provides the training, supervision, and exam support to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on the job. If you're already RBT-certified, even better. Tell us in your application.
