Market Launch & Operations Project Manager

Remote (Philippines) | Full-time, US Eastern Hours

$24,000 – $38,000 USD (~₱1,400,000 – ₱2,215,000 PHP) annually, commensurate with experience

About ANNA

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is a high-growth, US-based startup providing ABA services to young autistic children (under age 6) and their families using a neurodiversity-affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. We operate centers across Massachusetts and are scaling into new markets fast, both through acquisitions and through new centers we build from scratch. We are building the operational backbone of a modern autism care company from the ground up, and we want operators on the team who are excited to build it with us.

Position Overview

The Market Launch & Operations Project Manager is the execution engine behind ANNA’s expansion into new markets, and a project-management-forward right hand for the CEO. You will partner closely with the Implementation Director who owns a market’s full P&L and operations, serving as their execution arm: running the tactical work that gets a new center open and a new market live, then supporting the operations that keep it running. Markets come online two ways at ANNA, through acquisition and through de novo center builds, and you will help with both, plus the steady-state operations of markets once they are up.

This role is built around three things. First, project management: you will run multiple concurrent workstreams, hold the plan, manage dependencies and risks, and keep cross-functional partners moving. Second, new-market launch and operations: from hiring the first clinicians and getting the first center physically open, to rounding out the contracts and systems a market needs, to integrating an acquired clinic, to supporting the Implementation Director on the day-to-day running of the market. Third, a broad bucket of operations and executive leverage: the ambiguous, time-bounded, “can you figure this out by Friday” work that does not fit neatly into any one department, plus making sure the things that matter to the CEO actually get done.

What makes this role different is the explicit expectation of AI fluency. You will be a heavy daily user of Claude: building automations, Projects, and Cowork workspaces, stitching tools together via MCP, and turning repetitive execution work into reliable, documented workflows. The right hire treats AI tooling not as a novelty but as a force multiplier they reach for first. You will work full-time on US Eastern hours from the Philippines, partnering primarily with the Implementation Director and directly with the CEO and broader leadership team in Boston.

What You’ll Do

Project Management & Delivery

• Own project plans, timelines, and trackers across multiple concurrent workstreams, holding the single source of truth on what is happening, who owns it, and when it is due

• Run the operating cadence that keeps work moving: status updates, check-ins, risk flags, and dependency management, so nothing stalls quietly

• Keep cross-functional projects coordinated and unblocked across Clinical Operations, Finance, IT, People Operations, and external vendors

• Build repeatable playbooks for recurring project types (new-market launch, center buildout, clinic integration, vendor onboarding) so each one runs faster and cleaner than the last

• Be the person leadership trusts with ambiguous, time-bounded asks: the kind of project where someone says “can you figure this out by Friday” and it actually gets figured out

New-Market Launch & Market Operations

• Serve as the execution arm for the Implementation Director who owns a market’s P&L and operations: turn their priorities into tracked workstreams and drive the tactical work to done

• Help bring the first center in a new market online by coordinating real estate and buildout operations: landlord and contractor coordination, permits and occupancy, furniture and equipment procurement, signage, IT, phones, internet, and supplies, so the center is ready for kids on schedule

• Support hiring the first clinicians and clinic leadership in a new market: post roles, coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications, manage offer logistics, and run a clean onboarding, including license and credentialing setup

• Round out the contracts and vendor agreements a new market needs but does not yet have in place, and keep them organized, tracked, and renewed

• For acquisitions, own the integration mechanics: EMR migration, HRIS and ATS setup, Microsoft 365 and email provisioning, credentialing and payer transitions, state-specific compliance filings, and harmonizing the acquired team’s policies and SOPs to ANNA’s

• Support the ongoing operations of live markets: keep licensing and credentialing current, manage vendor and contract renewals, track operational metrics, and chase the long tail of recurring items so nothing slips through the cracks

The Broad Bucket of Operations

• Take on operational projects that do not yet have a clear owner: vendor onboarding and license tracking, internal comms support, document and SOP cleanup, ad-hoc research, and similar connective-tissue work that keeps a fast-growing, multi-state company running

• Partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors so operational processes plug cleanly into adjacent systems and do not create downstream rework

• Pull together clean research, analysis, and options when leadership needs a decision supported quickly

Executive Leverage (Right Hand to the CEO)

• Translate the CEO’s priorities into tracked, driven workstreams with clear owners, dates, and status, then own the follow-through until they close

• Prep the CEO and the Implementation Director for the week and key meetings: pre-reads pulled together, materials in the right place at the right time, action items captured and chased to done

• Build the trackers, dashboards, and lightweight reporting that let leadership see status at a glance instead of asking

• Provide light coordination and scheduling support on the projects you own, with the judgment to know what to handle, what to surface, and what to deflect

AI-Native Workflow Building

• Use Claude daily as your primary thinking, drafting, and execution partner: project plans, status updates, research, summaries, comms, and data cleanup

• Build Claude Projects, Cowork workspaces, and reusable prompts and skills that codify how recurring execution work gets done at ANNA: launch playbooks, center-opening checklists, integration playbooks, vendor tracking, and project reporting

• Identify manual or repetitive steps in our processes and replace them with well-scoped automations using Claude, MCP servers, Asana, SharePoint, and our other systems

• Document every workflow you build so anyone on the team can run it; treat the workflow library as a product you own and improve over time

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years in project management, program coordination, business operations, operations, or chief-of-staff and PMO-style support at a fast-paced company

• Demonstrated ability to run multiple concurrent projects to deadline with minimal oversight, with strong organizational and tracking discipline

• Comfort coordinating logistics across many stakeholders at once (vendors, contractors, hiring managers, internal teams) and keeping all of it moving

• Strong daily, hands-on use of generative AI tools (Claude preferred; ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot acceptable) beyond casual use; you can talk concretely about workflows you have built

• Excellent written English; clean, warm, professional communication on email, Slack, and async docs

• Proven ability to work full-time US Eastern hours (approx. 9pm – 6am Philippine Time) and a stable, reliable home work setup

• High standard for accuracy and discretion; you treat sensitive company, employee, and transaction data with appropriate care

Preferred

• Fluency with at least one major project management tool (Asana strongly preferred; Monday, Jira, Smartsheet, ClickUp acceptable), and familiarity with an ATS and/or HRIS

• Experience launching new sites or markets, M&A integration, or multi-site and multi-state operations

• Experience coordinating real estate buildouts, facilities, or high-volume hiring and onboarding

• Experience supporting US-based startups or scale-ups from the Philippines

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated industry

• Familiarity with MCP servers, Claude Projects, Cowork, and stitching AI tools to systems like Asana, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Salesforce

• Experience in a high-growth or scaling startup environment

• Comfort with light SQL, spreadsheet formulas, or no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable automations)

• Experience drafting or maintaining operational SOPs, playbooks, or process documentation

If you don’t meet every preferred qualification, we still encourage you to apply.

Ideal Candidate

You are a meticulous, mission-driven operator who thrives in fast-moving environments where the rules are still being written. You are equally happy holding a launch tracker for a brand-new center, chasing a contractor to keep an opening on schedule, posting the first clinician roles in a new market, prepping the CEO for a board call, and shipping a Claude workflow that compresses a four-hour task into ten minutes. You take pride in being the person who never drops a ball, who anticipates the next thing before being asked, and who leaves every process they touch better than they found it. You are energized, not unsettled, by AI, and you see the opportunity to be one of the most leveraged operations hires in the country because of how you use it.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

ANNA is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment where all team members can thrive. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and experiences.
