Meadow Memorials is a contemporary funeral home offering simple cremations, personalized memorials, and transparent pricing. We are completely ‘virtual’ partnering with the city’s best venues to provide a new level of service.

It’s the second company from Boulton & Watt's experienced founding team, which most recently started Moxie, and previously led large teams at Stripe and sold Thinkful for $100m.

We’re early-stage and in building mode and have shaped this role as a step-in opportunity: if you’re excellent at building partner relationships, and are excited to figure out the playbook while building, this could be the role for you.

  • Build and maintain close relationships with key channel partners in the market. You’ll be responsible for defining our approach and driving referral growth from these channels. This will likely include: research and outreach, in-person presentations, hosting happy hours, attending conferences, etc.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with our event venue partners, including overseeing memorial events.
  • Strengths we’re looking for:
    • Ability to get stuff done, fast.
    • Ability to build meaningful relationships
    • Understand which value propositions are resonating, and help shape these with the team
  • Experiences we’re looking for:
    • Experiences in a business development or sales role in a community setting
    • 4-8 years of experience
    • Based in the LA area
You’ll report to our CEO and work closely with our Head of Marketing.

Compensation Range: $120K - $130K
