We started Boulton & Watt as the perhaps slowest startup studio, building one company at a time with a focus on quality over speed. Our first venture, Moxie, is on a tear, helping hundreds of nurses turn into entrepreneurs by simplifying the process of opening a medspa. We’re now in the midst of company #2 and eager to keep that momentum going.
Recruiting is the key accelerator across our growing portfolio - we’re looking to level up. Over the next two months, I’ll be experimenting with different strategies—whether it’s building an internal search firm, expanding our network, or boosting our brand presence. I need a Recruiter to partner with me during this experimental phase, with the potential to transition into a long-term role.
This role is for someone who’s got startup experience, is a top-of-funnel pro, and is eager to be part of building companies. I love working on this team, we push each other to build businesses and teams without the usual chaos.
