The Role:
As a Product Designer at Foundation Health, you will be at the heart of our design strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver delightful experiences for our clients and patients. You will work closely with the product management and engineering teams, as well as the leadership team to contribute to the overall success of our business. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, research and analytical skills, and creative flair.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building end-to-end digital experiences that help patients access the care
- Translate product requirements to designs to elevate the end-user experience
- Continuously experimenting and iterating designs based on feedback and market analysis
- Build design collateral and reusable components to accelerate our time to market
- Build prototypes for early feedback and sales teams
- You will play a cross-functional role, working alongside the executive team, engineering, sales and operations
- Create and own the design roadmap across all products
- Present product designs to the Foundation Health executive team
- Support Foundation Health’s executive team in writing the next chapter of growth for the company
- Partner with engineering and product management to deliver projects
- Be the Design Lead in large, cross-functional projects and build consensus with senior leaders across the organization
- Build relationships with senior clients
- Oversee the success of live projects
- Identify and own continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the design organisation
We're Looking For Someone With:
- 3+ years of experience in UI design at a high growth startup or tech company
- UX experience
- Experience working with design tools such as Sigma and Miro
- Experience working alongside engineering, design and content teams to deliver products
- Project management experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems
- Comfort presenting to senior executives and influencing internal/external stakeholders
- Experience in health tech (telehealth, diagnostics, pharmacy fulfillment) preferred, but not required
- Role can be based anywhere in the United Kingdom
