The Role
As Director of Business Operations at Foundation Health, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our business and driving operational excellence across the organization. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, product, engineering, operations, sales, and pharmacy teams to ensure we deliver flawlessly for clients, from onboarding and implementation to long-term success. You’ll help shape how we operate internally, bring structure to ambiguity, and ensure that the company is set up to grow sustainably. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving strategic and operational challenges, owning complex cross-functional programs, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own the end-to-end operational readiness and change management for enterprise client onboarding and launches.
Lead business operations for pharmacy and clinical delivery, including internal processes and pharmacy partner management.
Take ownership of strategic partner relationships (telehealth, pharmacy, disgnostics provider), ensuring SLAs are met and performance is tracked.
Establish joint operating rhythms and escalation paths with partners to ensure accountability and service continuity.
Act as the operational counterpart to technical leads, ensuring alignment between technical builds and operational workflows.
Partner with the executive team to structure strategic business problems, define goals, and monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards.
Lead the business planning process (OKRs, resource planning, annual planning) in collaboration with leadership.
Own and run key cross-functional initiatives that drive growth, revenue, and client impact.
Represent operations in commercial conversations, including SoWs, contracting workflows, pricing ops, and renewals.
Build and lead a lean BizOps function as the company scales.
We're Looking For Someone With:
5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or general management in a fast-growing business
Previous experience in a scaling healthtech / pharmatech/ SaaS startups (Series A-C), or in a top-tier consulting firm working on healthcare engagements
Demonstrated experience managing client delivery
Demonstrated experience managing partnerships and vendors (e.g. pharmacy, telehealth, enterpirse-level vendors), owning relationships, performance metrics, and issue resolution
Experience leading complex cross-functional projects, coordinating across product, engineering, ops, and leadership
Familiar with the healthcare regulatory landscape (e.g. HIPAA, pharmacy licensing, payer/provider models)
Comfortable working with data, can define KPIs, generate reports, collaborate with data teams to get insights and make decisions
Excellent communicator and can speak clearly with execs, clients, clinicians, and partners
