The Role

As Technical Project Manager, you will drive the execution of critical client initiatives across engineering, product, and operations. You’ll be responsible for leading the implementation of key client engagement for our suite of AI-powered solutions , ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned, timelines are met, and roadblocks are cleared.

You’ll lead the full project implementation from planning to launch and oversight, often working on complex, technical initiatives that are central to our roadmap. This role requires strong technical literacy, a bias for clarity and execution, and comfort operating across multiple fast-moving priorities. You'll work closely with engineering leads, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects ship on time, at high quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional technical projects from initiation through delivery.

  • Work collaboratively with sales to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with sales, engineering, product, and ops teams.

  • Create and manage project plans, track progress, and drive issue resolution across stakeholders.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure smooth execution.

  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies; ensure timely escalation and mitigation.

  • Deliver project status updates to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and precision on a regular cadence.

  • Develop key project management resources to drive efficiency and repeatability across engagements.

  • Drive adoption of project management best practices and tooling.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in technical project or program management within fast-paced SaaS, Healthcare, or Tech environments.

  • Solid understanding of software development processes and technical fundamentals.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Confident communicator who can lead meetings, align teams, and manage stakeholders independently.

  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects and delivering against deadlines.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, delegate, and execute in matrix-team environments.

  • Experience being client-facing including interfacing with client teams to schedule, present materials and coordinate on behalf of the project team.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian products, including JIRA.

  • Experience working in agile software development environments, including Kanban.

  • Project Management certification including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), PRINCE2, or CompTIA Project+ strongly preferred.
