The Role
As a BizOps professional at Foundation Health in the UK, you will sit at the centre of our business, working across teams to design, improve, and execute the systems that keep Foundation Health running smoothly as we scale.
You will own special internal projects, process reengineering, and tooling/vendor implementation across departments, while also driving high-impact efficiency initiatives that increase visibility and reduce friction in our day-to-day operations. In addition, you’ll act as a flexible problem-solver, jumping into overflow client operations projects when needed, and helping to support HR, InfoSec, and Finance operations as we build the infrastructure for the next stage of growth.
This is a high-leverage role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has the discipline to bring order and scale to fast-moving environments.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of the BizOps function, you will be responsible for both day-to-day operational execution and longer-term system building, including:
Reengineering processes and driving high-impact efficiency initiatives across teams and departments
Sourcing, implementing, and managing tools and vendors to support internal operations (e.g., Workflow automation, HRIS, compliance, reporting)
Partnering with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales) to ensure operational alignment and readiness
Acting as an overflow resource for client-facing operations projects, especially during onboarding or launch peaks
Supporting HR, InfoSec, and Finance operations to ensure readiness and compliance as we scale
Identifying opportunities for automation and tooling to reduce manual work and improve team productivity
Supporting the leadership team on ad hoc strategic and operational priorities as needed
We're Looking For Someone With:
3-5 years experience in management consulting, strategy, or BizOps at a high-growth startup or consulting firm
Strong track record of process improvement and operational problem-solving
Comfort sourcing and implementing tools and vendors to streamline workflows
Analytical and structured thinker with the ability to bring order to ambiguity
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence senior stakeholders across functions
Hands-on, resourceful, and adaptable. Comfortable switching between strategy and execution
Background in healthcare operations (telehealth, diagnostics, pharmacy) is a plus, but not required
Experience leading client facing projects is a plus, but not required
