About the Role:

As Implementation Manager, you will drive the execution of multiple customer implementations of our suite of AI-powered products. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, Business Operations, and external partners to deliver solutions that meet our customers’ needs and objectives. You’ll be responsible for ensuring internal and customer teams are aligned, timelines are met, and roadblocks are cleared.

You’ll lead the full implementation including planning, kickoff, configuration, EHR (Epic) integration, end user training, and go-live; often working on complex, technical initiatives that are central to our roadmap. This role requires project/program management expertise, prior EMR integration experience, strong technical literacy, a bias for clarity and execution, and comfort operating in chaos and ambiguity across fast-moving priorities. You’ll be accountable for ensuring customer implementations are completed on time, as designed, and of high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer implementations from kickoff to integration to go-live

  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, and Product to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

  • Create and manage project plans, status reports, risk/issues logs, and other implementation related collateral

  • Coordinate internal resources and and external partners to ensure smooth execution

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure timely escalation, mitigation, and resolution

  • Deliver implementation updates to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and precision on a regular cadence

  • Establish and develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders

  • Help maximize NPS, customer satisfaction, and revenue recognition through best-in-class customer delivery

  • Develop key project management and EMR integration resources to drive predictability and repeatability across engagements

  • Drive adoption of project management best practices and tooling

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in customer-facing project or program management at a fast-paced healthcare SaaS/technology environment required (venture-backed healthcare technology startup experience preferred)

  • 2+ years of Epic (strongly preferred) or Cerner EHR implementation and/or integration experience required

  • Deep understanding of healthcare data, integration, and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7, etc.)

  • Knowledge of of agile software development processes and technical fundamentals

  • Flexibility and adaptability relative to thriving in ambiguous, high-pressure, constantly changing environments

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Strong communicator who can lead meetings, align teams, and manage stakeholders independently

  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent implementations/projects and delivering against deadlines

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, delegate, and execute in matrixed team environments

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with Atlassian products, including JIRA

  • Project Management certification preferred - e.g., PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, CompTIA Project+
