The Role

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Kintsugi, you are at the nexus of our organization's operations. Your primary goal is ensuring a seamless operation and minimal distractions for the office of the CEO, allowing for optimal decision-making and leadership effectiveness. This is a pivotal opportunity to support our leadership in advancing Kintsugi's overarching vision and mission.

Kintsugi offers a holistic total rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work. The expected base salary for this position will range from $125,000 - $175,000 + Equity. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead key project initiatives, ensuring efficient execution, timely completion, and alignment with organizational objectives. This involves coordinating with various departments, liaising with stakeholders, and engaging external partners.
  • Efficiently manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, focusing on effective time management. This includes grouping similar meetings, carving out time for undisturbed work, and accommodating early meetings as needed.
  • Handle a high volume of email communications, discerning priority issues requiring the CEO's attention and effectively delegating other matters, ensuring their resolution.
  • Ensure all necessary materials and information, including attendee bios and slide presentations, are organized and available for both internal and external meetings, allowing the CEO and leadership team to be well-informed ahead of engagements.
  • Regularly review and assess the CEO's weekly schedule, ensuring it aligns with high-priority tasks and key company milestones.
  • Coordinate and provide marketing materials for ad hoc customer requests and support related sales and marketing needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a CEO as an Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, suitable for liaising with high-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of communications and requests with tact and efficiency.
  • A deep commitment to reflecting and promoting Kintsugi's organizational values and competence in every engagement.

  • Positive attitude, goodwill.
  • Excellent warm and professional communication both verbal and written. Given this is an executive-facing role, this may be a second or third impression for some executives reaching out.
  • Detail oriented and organized. Due to the high volume of emails and customer requests, the team wants to impress competence, timeliness, and care to internal and external stakeholders.
