Maven is looking for a data-driven, Digital Marketer to drive the creation, execution and analysis of our digital marketing strategy to build pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing our paid strategy to generate demand, optimize performance, and measure the results. You will partner with both internal (campaign strategy, events, content, creative, operations and product marketing) and external (performance marketing agency) to execute the strategy.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
- Lead the creation, execution and analysis of our digital marketing channels to drive inbound leads and engagement with target accounts; channels include, but are not limited to, paid media, SEM, paid social, display, and referral
- Partner with campaign strategists to support the execution of integrated campaigns, supporting top of funnel lead generation through bottom of funnel pipeline acceleration
- Own the relationship with our performance marketing agency and partner to create high-performing campaigns across digital channels that drive high-quality, cost-effective leads
- Conduct a holistic audit of our existing digital channels in partnership with our performance marketing agency to recommend improvements, creating a testing roadmap to drive continual optimizations, new channel growth, creative insights, and audience learnings
- Partner with the creative team to ensure campaign assets are high-performing and on brand, while driving engagement and results
- Oversee digital marketing budget, in partnership with Director of Campaigns & Content and work closely with marketing operations on budgeting and forecasting process; Drive continual improvements of ROAS and ROI
- Track and measure channel performance against goals and KPIs and share results across the great marketing org
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience; expertise in acquisition channels and tactics
- Strong project management experience, collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams – design, product marketing, and agency
- Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPM, CMI, CPA, CPC, CPL & LTV)
- Experience with Hubspot/Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social platforms (LinkedIn), 6Sense (or similar ABM platform)
- Experience in a highly analytical role
- Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail
For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $119K-$135K per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
