Compensation

  • $11.00 – $15.00 per hour

We have been using a disciplined approach to compensation since the start.

We believe this is the only way to create a consistent, strategic, and equitable compensation structure. That in turn unlocks healthy growth for our organization.

We build our range with benchmarking data for the particular role from Pave.com - because Pave hooks into HRIS, they have the most accurate data for early-stage companies.

We decide any given hire's offer based on three factors:

  1. first among them, expected performance in the role (based on performance in the interview process and proximity of experience);

  2. as well as seniority (amount of relevant experience);

  3. and location (different cost of living).

At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we’ve grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team of more than 140 people, supporting hundreds of practices nationwide.

Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.

Automation & AI Specialist (Philippines)

We’re looking for an Automation & AI Specialist to supercharge Moxie’s efficiency by building practical, reliable automations and AI agents that help teams move faster and smarter. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll blend technical execution, systems thinking, and collaboration to turn repetitive workflows into seamless, scalable solutions.

You’ll work with teams across Moxie — from Operations and Marketing to Sales, Product, and Finance — to identify bottlenecks and launch automations and Glean Agents that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and save valuable time. Your work will directly contribute to company growth, efficiency, and our mission to empower medspa entrepreneurs to thrive.

This role reports to Sinthuja Bates, Head of Operations Enablement.

Responsibilities

As an Automation & AI Specialist, you will:

Design and Build Automations – Create Zapier-based workflows that connect systems, streamline handoffs, and eliminate repetitive manual tasks across departments.

Develop and Launch AI Agents – Build and iterate Glean Agents that assist teams with knowledge retrieval, FAQs, triage, and other AI-powered internal workflows.

Ensure Quality and Reliability – Implement error alerts, fallback mechanisms, and clear runbooks for each automation or agent to ensure safe, dependable launches.

Track Usage and Impact – Set up lightweight dashboards or tracking sheets to measure adoption, task volume, and time saved, turning automation into measurable ROI.

Collaborate with Stakeholders – Partner with leaders across teams to understand needs, prioritize requests, and iterate based on real-world feedback.

Maintain and Scale – Conduct monthly hygiene passes, consolidate duplicative workflows, and continuously improve the automation portfolio for reliability and efficiency.

Document and Enable – Produce concise documentation, short Loom walkthroughs, and user guides to help non-technical teammates understand and use your work.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Automation or AI Tools – 2–5 years of experience building automations (Zapier, Make, etc.) or lightweight AI assistants (e.g., Glean, ChatGPT API, Notion AI) that drive team efficiency.

Technical and Systems Thinker – Understands APIs, webhooks, and data flow between systems; able to troubleshoot integrations and improve reliability.

Bias for Action – Executes quickly, iterates based on results, and knows how to balance speed with safety.

Collaborative Partner – Excellent communicator who can gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into scalable solutions.

Documentation-Driven – Creates clear, simple guides that make automations usable and maintainable by others.

Curious and AI-Savvy – Excited to learn new tools, explore AI applications, and push the boundaries of what internal automation can do.

Why Join Us?

AI-First, Hands-On Impact – Design and ship automations and agents that immediately help Moxie’s teams get time back and transform how work happens.

Cutting-Edge Tools, Real-World Use – Work directly with modern AI systems — from retrieval and function calling to orchestration and evaluation — applying them to real business challenges every week.

Clear Focus and Prioritization – Stay focused on building; intake and prioritization are managed by your manager to keep distractions low and impact high.

Cross-Functional Exposure – Partner with Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product to see how every part of Moxie runs and where automation can create leverage.

Visible, Measurable Wins – Celebrate adoption, time saved, and cycle-time improvements as your work scales across the company.

Career Growth – As you master automation and AI implementation, you’ll have the opportunity to lead larger initiatives, shape internal tooling strategy, and explore more advanced AI use cases.

At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.

We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.
