Your Day-to-Day Superpowers: What You’ll Actually Do:
- Product Visionary & Strategist: Define, articulate, and relentlessly evangelise the overarching product vision and strategy for Penguin Ai's healthcare AI platform. You'll chart our course for market leadership
- Roadmap Commander: Own the end-to-end product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on deep market analysis, customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility. You'll ensure we're building the right things, at the right time
- Market & Customer Alchemist: Possess an almost clairvoyant understanding of the healthcare market, customer pain points (payers, providers), competitive landscape, and regulatory environment to identify white space opportunities and drive innovation
- Product Lifecycle Maestro: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through design, development, launch, and post-launch iteration. You'll ensure our products are successful at every stage
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: Collaborate seamlessly with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Security teams to align on strategy, remove roadblocks, and bring products to life. You're the ultimate unifier
- Team Builder & Mentor: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product team (or lay the foundational groundwork for one), fostering a culture of innovation, customer obsession, and continuous learning

- Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to define and articulate compelling product strategies that align with business goals and drive significant market impact
