Role Summary
As a TPM, you will join the Enterprise Data Engienering team within the Enterprise Technology organization. You will be supporting end to end projects using agile methods which also includes capacity planning, tracking, running planning sessions, prioritizing, communicating & managing business stakeholders as well as coordinating with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities

- Support teams of highly functional experts and motivated engineers to effectively deliver organizational goals \n
- Facilitate high quality decisions and deliverables timely \n
- Facilitate all scrum events (intake process, backlog grooming, planning sessions, facilitating prioritization with business owners, capacity planning, cross functional collaboration, etc.) \n
- Drive towards adopting best practices, improving efficiency to help teams succeed \n
- Engage with cross-functional and cross-domain teams to resolve issues, identify and deliver priorities \n
- Coordinate with the teams to develop project plans, goals and milestones \n
- Partner closely with the data and analytics teams and other business stakeholders to drive complex initiatives from conception to delivery \n
- Track milestones, progress, dependencies, and identify issues closely while communicating effectively to leadership and stakeholders and work with them to mitigate risks \n
- Help teams get to the project finish line collaboratively \n
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously by effectively managing prioritization of time, resource and scope \n
- Manage software development, schedule, and roadmap in a rapidly evolving environment \n
- Break down large concepts into realizable deliverables and work with team members to distribute tasks and execute against the plan \n
- Evaluate and adjust priorities as issues arise \n
Qualifications
- \n
- At least 8+ years of project management experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline \n
- Superior stakeholder management and organizational skills \n
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders \n
- Demonstrated ability to keep things moving and see the big picture \n
- Experience in rapidly growing businesses that have expanded globally \n
- Experience in cross functional collaboration and taking products from concept to market \n
- Strong understanding of Agile/scrum methodologies and related tools \n
- Ability to thrive under pressure, ambiguity, and time constraints \n
- 5+ yrs. of experience as a scrum master, should be a certified SCRUM master \n
- Experience working with Data analytics teams/Data engineering teams and experience with tools such as Redshift, snowflake as well as experience leading software teams is preferred \n
- Ability to define major aspects of schedule and determine critical path \n
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Jama \n
- A genuine love of brands that are focused on positive impact \n
- Background in automotive, energy, or similar technical industry \n
