Responsibilities
- Oversee the contingent workforce program, including the onboarding and management of temporary or contract workers. Maintain and update contingent worker records in the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with third-party staffing agencies or vendors to ensure timely placement of contingent workers and compliance with company policies
- Ensure that contingent workers' contracts, legal requirements, and tax documents are up to date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations
- Facilitate the onboarding process for contingent workers, including IT ticket management
- Generate reports on contingent workforce metrics, such as worker utilization, cost analysis, and more
- Serve as the main point of contact for business managers and other stakeholders regarding contingent workers, addressing concerns and providing updates.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity within the HR function
- Experience with VMS and HRIS systems; bonus if familiar with Jira, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Google Suite
- Ability to work with minimal guidance; Proactive, motivated self-starter
- Flexibility and ability to handle and manage change effectively and efficiently
