Responsibilities

  • Execute Rivian’s immigration strategy by supporting the day to day activities of the immigration program
  • Analyze individual immigration cases to determine viability and develop individual short and long term immigration strategies
  • Consult with stakeholders at all levels of the business on complex immigration matters
  • Handle wing to wing execution of growing caseload, with focus on global matters
  • Review all immigration filings for content and accuracy
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements
  • Establish strong partnership with Rivian’s external immigration counsel
  • Ensure worldclass end to end customer experience
  • Maintain immigration files in compliance with all relevant immigration laws
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure that Rivian is compliant with all relevant immigration laws
  • Assist with the development of communications on changing immigration rules, regulations, etc.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years U.S. immigration experience with in-house corporate immigration program or relevant experience with an external immigration practice
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of all employment-based U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant visas
  • Experience handling growing case load with particular focus on global immigration matters
  • Excellent consulting, communication and customer service skills

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Georgia Based Applicants: $89,900 - $112,400 per year (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment.
