Role Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our Enterprise Technology product pillar. This role demands a "Product CEO" mentality, where you will own your product end-to-end, from building the strategic vision based on the tactical execution on the factory floor. You will be the central figure, deeply embedded in operations, translating real-world business challenges into innovative technology solutions that drive tangible impact. This position will be located in Normal, IL and report to our Sr. Staff Technical Product Manager, Supply Chain.

Responsibilities
- Boots on the Ground Problem Solving: Dive deep into supply chain and operational domains. Work directly with operational teams to identify critical business problems, cut through ambiguity, and translate complex factory floor challenges into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Vision & Strategy Ownership: Define and own your product vision, strategy, and business case for your product area. Establish clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and drive cross-functional alignment to achieve them.
- Robust Road-map Development: Create and deliver a comprehensive and rigorous product road-map. Thoroughly understand all use cases, rigorously prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility, and ensure every corner use case has been meticulously addressed.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central hub, partnering closely with a diverse set of stakeholders including engineering, integration teams and operations. Drive consensus and foster strong relationships to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- End-to-End Product Delivery: Own the entire product delivery life-cycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization. This includes defining requirements, managing the product backlog, gathering user feedback, planning go-to-market strategies, and continuously monitoring and improving product performance metrics.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Design analytical approaches, leverage data, visualizations, and effective storytelling to communicate complex findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, driving informed business decisions.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement, generate innovative ideas, validate entitlement, and define a clear path to production. Be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, leading not only at the strategic level but also tactically day-to-day.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or program management, with a proven track record of owning and driving road-map strategy and definition.
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product delivery, including feature delivery and managing trade-offs.
- Experience owning technology products and influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in working with data to extract meaningful insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / Mater’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, or a similar domain.
- Experience working in a startup environment or demonstrating comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in SQL and Python for data analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to drive consensus across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- A self-starter who can work autonomously, research, and share knowledge effectively.
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range: - $111,000 - $138,700 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
