Role Summary
Rivian is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Event Producer, Partnership Events to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and performance analysis of our partnership-led and lead-focused experiential programs. This role plays a critical part in driving top-of-funnel engagement, demand generation, and brand affinity through innovative, customer-first event experiences executed in collaboration with key partners.

As a senior producer, you are a trusted brand ambassador and accountable for creating highly productive, memorable environments where customers feel inspired, partners feel valued, teams are motivated, and the business delivers measurable results.
Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development of event briefs in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment with program objectives, brand standards, and demand-generation goals
- Serve as the primary liaison with venues, vendors, agencies, and strategic partners connected to partnership events
- Oversee all tools, systems, backend integrations, and training required for seamless lead capture and data integrity
- Establish and manage event budgets, including budget codes, vendor onboarding, and financial tracking
- Own project timelines, staffing plans, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent events
- Develop and maintain comprehensive event documentation, including ROS, SRMs, Splash builds, tracking plans, staffing schedules, and contact sheets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, partnerships, and customer experience teams to design cohesive customer journeys for leads captured at events
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks while developing contingency plans
Event Execution
- Lead all onsite event operations, including staffing, partner coordination, lead capture systems, communications, and real-time issue resolution
- Train and manage onsite staff to deliver a consistent, premium customer experience
- Solve problems creatively and decisively in high-pressure, live environments
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging experience for all attendees
- Operate in a remote capacity while traveling extensively to lead and support customer-facing partnership events and activations
Post-Event Analysis & Optimization
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize participant feedback, lead data, and performance metrics
- Deliver timely post-event recaps and ROI analyses with clear insights and recommendations
- Present findings and learnings to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Contribute to quarterly and annual business reviews, using data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve future programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or partnership-led programs, with a strong focus on demand generation or customer engagement
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder events and delivering measurable business impact
- Experience working with brand partnerships, sponsors, or co-marketed experiences preferred
- Strong understanding of the automotive, mobility, or adjacent industries
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and time management skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer experience capabilities
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful mindset with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel frequently (up to 70%)
Pay Disclosure
The salary range for this role is $87,300 to $109,100 for California based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs.
The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
