Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.
As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.
Role Summary
Rivian utilizes ServiceNow a premier AI and cloud platform for digital workflows, as its core enterprise workflow platform for diverse functions including IT, HR, Facilities, EHS and Finance. This platform is vital for connecting people, systems and data to streamline work, mirroring ServiceNow's global role in modernizing operations and improving service quality for customers.
At Rivian, ServiceNow is the foundation for critical services like Guidepost, enabling teams to deliver reliable, scalable support experiences. It powers The Current portal, automates high-volume operational processes, and ensures consistent, data-driven employee experiences.
The ServiceNow Intern will be a key contributor to this mission, focusing on configuration, development, and maintenance tasks. The role aims to enhance the platform's reliability, usability, and automation, requiring close collaboration with the teams in Serbia, the US and elsewhere.
