Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.
As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.
Role Summary
Are you a passionate and skilled Data Scientist looking to make a significant impact on the future of electric vehicles? Rivian Volkswagen's Vehicle Access team is seeking a talented individual to join our growing data science function. This is a unique opportunity to shape our data strategy from the ground up, transforming raw vehicle data into actionable insights and intelligent systems that enhance the customer experience.
About the Team:The Vehicle Access team is at the forefront of innovating how customers interact with their vehicles. Our data science team is small but growing, with a focus on leveraging data to understand system health, predict issues, and personalize the vehicle access journey. We work on establishing the strategic direction for data science within the team, and will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our processes and products.
The Opportunity:Work with rich datasets with hundreds of vehicle access signals that hold immense potential for generating insights that drive customer impacting feature launches.
