Role

We are looking for an ambitious, driven Product Manager to join our team. At Sokin, we are building a world-class product team that can help us remove the borders, barriers and burdens from global business.

Product Management at Sokin is all about creating and delivering an ambitious roadmap with your team and working continuously with clients and stakeholders to ensure your product is driving real value for our customers and the business.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be part of something challenging and transformative, someone who wants to play a critical role in driving our success.

About Us

Sokin is a next-generation B2B financial services provider, enabling businesses to make and receive global payments with greater speed, lower cost, and total transparency.

Our mission is simple: we’re simplifying global business — so businesses thrive wherever they choose to grow. We deliver services across:

  • Global payments and receivables

  • Foreign Exchange (FX)

  • Treasury management

  • Finance reconciliations

We are rapidly expanding, with established presence in MEA, UK & Europe, APAC, and North America, backed by a strong global infrastructure and industry-leading partners, we are redefining how businesses move money worldwide.

Our clients span industries from sports and entertainment to logistics and travel, and our community is growing rapidly. As we continue to expand, we’re building a team of exceptional people who share our ambition to transform the future of global payments.

As our Payment Success Product Manager

You'll own the rules and customer experience behind Sokin's payments. Your core outcomes are improving straight-through processing rates and the overall payment experience for our clients.

You'll keep the core payments stack reliable, transparent, and continuously improving—giving our regional expansion teams a platform they can build on with confidence.

Working closely with engineering, operations, and compliance, you'll translate client pain points and operational data into clear product decisions. You'll identify friction across the stack and own the roadmap to resolve it.

Your role as a PM at Sokin:

  • Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for payment success, aligned to Sokin’s vision and expansion goals.

  • Own the end-to-end payment creation and submission experience — from the rules that govern how clients initiate payments through to how those payments are routed and processed.

  • Work with cross functional stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to deliver a best-in-class product.

  • Prioritise features and fixes based on client impact, processing performance, and business value.

  • Own the client-facing payment tracking and visibility experience — ensuring clients have real-time transparency into the status and progress of their payments.

  • Monitor product performance continuously, using data to surface opportunities and drive decisions.

  • Act as the primary accountable owner for our payment experiences — ensuring this area is never a gap or a distraction for the wider tribe.

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You’re excited by payments and have hands-on experience building or improving payment products.

  • You own your roadmap — comfortable identifying problems, making decisions, and driving things forward in ambiguous environments without waiting to be managed.

  • You’re deeply data-driven and comfortable using transaction-level data to diagnose issues, measure performance, and prioritise work.

  • You’re someone that enjoys getting into the details and understanding the mechanics of your product — why things fail, what drives performance, and how to fix it.

  • You’re a strong communicator and enjoy working in cross-functional teams alongside engineers, operations, and compliance to deliver real improvements.

  • You’re comfortable working with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders to design solutions that are client-centric yet compliant.

  • You have enough technical depth to work closely with engineers, understand system constraints, and find the best solution to a problem.

  • You have experience applying AI or machine learning to payment optimisation problems — whether routing decisions, failure prediction, delivery time prediction, or processing efficiency.

Please note, candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in.

Sokin is an equal opportunities employer and committed to maintaining an inclusive work environment. As a growing global startup with bases across multiple countries, we were established on and continue to promote an agile, flexible working culture.
