About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Excellence Manager to lead initiatives enhancing our operational strategies through expert cross-functional coordination, strategic reviews, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, operations, and analytical problem-solving, with proven experience in bridging the gap between strategy and execution across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Drive cross-functional projects to streamline operations and improve efficiency across multiple departments.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication among teams from finance, operations, IT, and human resources to ensure project alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead regular coordination meetings and workshops, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and engaged.
- Strategic Review and Planning
- Conduct comprehensive strategic reviews of current operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop strategic plans based on analysis, forecasting future needs and aligning with the company’s long-term goals.
- Present findings and strategic plans to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Data-Driven Analysis and Implementation
- Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making, using statistical tools and methodologies to analyze project outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure success and impact of implemented changes.
- Ensure that data insights lead to actionable strategies that can be realistically implemented and scaled.
- Project Management Excellence
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Utilize project management tools and software to track progress, manage resources, and report on milestones.
- Change Management
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
- Develop and facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance team capabilities and support new system implementations.
What You Bring to the Party:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ecommerce, Supply Chain or Project Management and with a strong focus on cross-functional projects.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, with a solid understanding of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Multi-lingual.
