Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to manufacturing and finance operations. Like Material Requirement Planning, Fixed Assets, AP Automation, etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, including process workflows, data models, and system integrations, any SOP.
- Collaborate with technical team members to help guide the development of customized NetSuite solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system architecture, configuration settings, and user manuals.
- Train end-users and support staff on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
What You Bring to the Party
- A solid understanding of business processes in NetSuite such as (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Integrations with third-party applications) and core Finance and Supply Chain modules within the NetSuite domain.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and financial operations, including production planning, cost accounting, procurement, and financial reporting.
- Possesses a strong understanding and knowledge of NetSuite Software system architecture, roles and permissions, Basic Accounting, Suite Analytics, SuiteFlow, and Suite Builder.
- Ability to perform data analysis, data source identification, and conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations with a good understanding of data import and export using CSV, APIs, and other methods between NetSuite and 3rd party systems.
- Identify and implement processes and workflows that improve NetSuite Product Customization, Integration, and operational performance.
- Ability to review independently all NetSuite system designs and configuration undertakings.
- Possesses a good understanding of Security protocols and practices and has problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that arise during application configurations, deployment of scripts or workflows, and during NetSuite releases.
- 5 years of direct NetSuite experience facilitating design and configuration on NetSuite Applications.
- Good functional understanding of NetSuite modules in a OneWorld environment such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Electronic Payments, Multi-Book, and Currency Translations/Foreign Exchange.
- Hands-on experience creating custom NetSuite fields, records, forms, workflows, searches, reports, and dashboards to meet critical business needs.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and integrations within NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and other NetSuite tools.
- Ensure customizations align with business processes and do not compromise system integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Nice To Have But Not Required
- Ability to lead a team of NetSuite Developers, NetSuite System Admins, and NetSuite Business Partners to coordinate all internal support and development activities within the organization.
