Overview
Tonal is seeking a dynamic Social Strategist to manage our organic social communications and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that amplifies our brand voice, drives engagement, educates prospects, and supports our overall marketing objectives.
This is a Hybrid position based in New York, New York.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement a holistic social media strategy and playbook across all platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Threads) that aligns with our brand strategy and marketing goals
Create and manage a social content calendar that ensures consistent, high-quality, and engaging social media content
Oversee the day-to-day management of social media channels, including content creation, posting, and community management
Collaborate with Content Creator and Community Manager to concept and execute social content, ensure high-quality content, and provide strategic guidance
Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generating regular reports on performance, engagement, and ROI
Stay current with pop culture, fitness/health/wellness social media, platform updates and trends, and emerging digital communication strategies
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure integrated, consistent messaging, brand identity, and campaign execution
Who You Are
3-5 years of experience in social media strategy, social media marketing, and content production, ideally with some experience in the luxury space
Proven track record of growing social media audiences and driving engagement
Strong understanding of social media best practices, analytics, and performance measurement tools
Excellent writing and communication skills across various platforms and formats
A pulse on and passion for what’s next in social and pop culture
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring team members
NYC-based and able to travel to our NYC office on a regular basis as needed for content production
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
